Terms and Conditions for Caravan Overnight Farmstays Website:

  1. Introduction

Welcome to Caravan Overnight Farmstays! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our website, accessible at https://caravanovernightfarmstay.com/. By accessing this website and using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website.

  1. Subscription Terms

2.1 Subscription Periods: We offer subscription plans for 1 year, 2 years, and 5 years. The prices for these subscription plans are subject to change without prior notice.

2.2 Automatic Renewal: By subscribing to our services, you agree to automatic renewal of your membership at the end of the chosen subscription period. You will be charged for the renewal unless you change your subscription before the renewal date.

  1. Travellers’ Agreement

3.1 Access to Designated Areas: Access to the designated area on the farmer’s property is solely at the farmer’s discretion. The farmer may deny access if they have reasonable cause to do so.

3.2 Access Duration: Travellers are allowed access to the designated area for a strict period of 24 hours, unless explicitly stated otherwise by the farmer/landholder.

3.3 Access Restrictions: Access is limited to the designated area and is not permitted to any buildings, homes, or sheds on the property unless explicitly allowed by the farmer.

3.4 Adherence to Farmer’s Restrictions: Travellers must adhere to any restrictions stated or implied by the farmer. This includes restrictions on pets, lighting fires, and any other restrictions deemed necessary  by the farmer.

3.5 Farmers Privacy: Travellers may not share Farmers details with non-members or other organisations without the prior permission of the Farmer. Travellers must identify themselves as COF Members on contacting the Farmer – Name and Membership Number. 

3.6 Leave No Trace Principles: All travellers must adhere to the principles of Leave No Trace as outlined by the organization. (Refer to https://lnt.org/learn/7-principles)

3.7 Account Termination: The management reserves the right to delete any traveller’s access to the website without refunds if detrimental reports are received from landholders.

3.8 Caravan Overnight Farmstay Role: Caravan Overnight Farmstay acts solely as a platform for facilitating interaction between farmers and travellers. It does not function as a booking agent.

3.9 Liability: Caravan Overnight Farmstay and its employees and directors are not liable for any damage or actions occurring during the 24 hours of allowable access.

  1. Farmers’ Agreement

4.1 Display of Signage: Farmers are responsible for displaying the Caravan Overnight Farmstay sign at the entry to the area designated for parking.

4.2 Area Access: Farmers should set aside a suitable area for traveller access and restrict access to other areas as required.

4.3 Facilities: Farmers are not obligated to provide any facilities other than the designated area unless deemed necessary.

4.4 Access Duration: Farmers must allow access to the designated area for no longer than 24 hours unless explicitly permitted longer by the farmer.

4.5 Insurance: Farmers should maintain adequate public liability insurance and inform their insurer of any policy changes required.

4.6 Caravan Overnight Farmstay Role: Caravan Overnight Farmstay acts solely as a platform for facilitating interaction between farmers and travellers. It does not function as a booking agent.

4.7 Liability: Caravan Overnight Farmstay and its employees and directors are not liable for any damage or actions caused by travelers to the detriment of the farm or farmers.

  1. General Website Use Terms and Conditions

5.1 Non-Refundable Memberships: Memberships are non-refundable, except at the discretion of the management.

5.2 Content Replication: Users will not attempt to copy or replicate the content of the site without prior authorization.

5.3 Login Sharing: Members will not share their login details with non-members.

  1. Legal Jurisdiction

6.1 Legal Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia, and any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
